At Simon Renouf Professional
Corporation, our Employment Law practice
consists of representing employees in contract
negotiations, wrongful dismissal cases, and
cases involving human rights and sexual
harassment issues.
Wrongful dismissal cases are in many cases
resolved through negotiations we conduct with
employers or their legal counsel, or through
litigation in the Alberta Court of Queen’s
Bench.
Human rights cases, including sexual harassment
claims may be dealt with before the
Alberta Human Rights and Citizenship Commission,
or the
Canadian Human Rights Commission, as well as
before the courts.
